Greetings instructional design world.  I am embarking on the next phase of my educational journey by seeking to build upon my knowledge as a classroom educator by becoming an instructional design technologist. I created this blog because it is an assignment, to connect with instructional designer bloggers, and to record my journey.  I have already found three amazing blogs loaded with information on instructional design technology.

elearning Technology, Tony Karrer's blog on all things involving technological interactions, delivers an amazing wealth of information on topics within technology design in online learning, corporate training, and social networking.  He has an impressive resume consisting of years of experience in diversified aspects of technology design.

The Upside Learning Blog contains a world of information on learning management systems and delivering consistent training to multiple locations within a corporation.  The Upside of Learning blog deals primarily with corporate training and offers valuable insight into many facets of instructional design technology as it pertains to corporate training.

ILMD Process Book is blog that is basically a student's journal through a course based on educational game design.  I found this blog very interesting because it not only addresses the engineering facets of creating educational gaming, it also addresses the expected educational outcomes of the games and increased my awareness that this is just another area that we could implement into instructional design to make learning more fun for children and adults.

There were so many blogs and so much information.  It was very difficult to choose the blogs that I would use for this post.  I am very excited that I have discovered this amazing world of information and I cannot wait to use blogs in my classroom.
